Power of Myth

Helplessness,Darkness, light, Primal Therapy, Arthur Janov, France Janov, Bruce Wilson, Peter G. Prontzos

Answering back to darkness requires we relive its helplessness and find empowerment. Destiny sings to us it is the light that lights other lights.
Voting is essential to being truly and deeply authentic in our caring for society and our children.
Vote, help conquer the darkness…

Don’t let greed turn you into a slave….

Myth comes from the heart and educates the mind. We cannot understand it without listening to our heart, our feelings. We see into our hearts not by will power or by any logic that leaves out the fact that our mind came after the evolution of our heart.

The Power of Myth

Not by might, not by power, not by will power, but by my spirit, by feeling, sayeth the heart, the Lord of the mind.
David “Mitch” Sotelo

This short statement, mirroring and explaining a statement in the Bible, was inspired by Dr. Arthur Janov, Dr. France Janov, Bruce Wilson, the great primally inspired medical writer, and Peter G. Prontzos, the primal heart and soul of progressive political wisdom.

We all, even as the imperfect human beings we are, owe so much to each other. Seeing with our hearts we can feel a love that makes the world go ’round. Listen with your heart, it’s the music that brings the tears, that heal the soul.

Feel and know a life and a love forever new. You cannot think to get there. It pleaseth the heart, the Lord of the mind, that the truth of life is hidden from those who think themselves wise, and revealed to the heart of a child. The powerful and the lowly will lie down together in peace, and… a little child shall lead them.

Will you let the child in you lead you to the truth that will set you free? He who the son of love set’s free is free indeed.

The power of myth is only understood clearly by the heart. It is the greatest power of all, the power that removes power, the enemy of the heart, from the throne.

Who will you serve? As for me, and my house of friends, we will serve the lord of the mind, the spirit of love.

About David Sotelo

i am a free thinking progressively minded writer. I have always questioned everything and never been regretful that I did. I believe in science over religion, and the felt music of life over all and in all. I practice techniques in a process I call optimistic integration, and I am a great admirer of Arthur Janov and his work. I was born on the 26th of May in 1953 and have two children I dearly love.
